Cam teach and prosper? EFL teachers’ attitudes, well-being, and coping strategies in an online setting

چکیده
Abstract The global Covid-19 pandemic led to the turn toward online learning and need adapt new ways of English foreign language (EFL) teaching. This mixed-methods research aimed examine teacher attitudes, well-being, coping strategies related EFL results indicated that Croatian teachers had a positive attitude teaching acknowledged importance being digitally competent. were unsure about their ability deal with improve IT skills. They revealed more negative than responses regarding well-being showed they tried actively cope during pandemic. Results also better among female teachers.
